Stick Burnin BBQ is a family-owned restaurant located in Columbia, North Carolina. We specialize in classic Southern-style BBQ, including pork, chicken, ribs, brisket, and more. While we’re based in Columbia, we offer our mouth-watering dishes to the entire East Coast, including the Outer Banks of North Carolina.
We offer a variety of services to suit your needs. You can come to our restaurant to enjoy a fun and casual dining experience. We also offer our food truck for rental, and we’re available to cater your special event. Whether you come to us or we come to you, you’re sure to love our delicious smoked BBQ.

Oh my goodness where should I begin the food was amazing!! We had the prime rib and the meal was huge! Everything was delicious! But even better was the service!! The staff and (I’m guessing owner) were amazing! Customer service was THE BEST we have had since moving here over a year ago! They were insanely busy , but always had a smile and did everything possible to make sure customers were happy!! LOVE this place!

We recently did one of our monthly company lunches at work, and after seeing all of the positive reviews I thought it would be a great opportunity to give these guys a try. Man am I glad we did! It was amazing! So much so that I think everyone went back for second helpings. I definitely recommend them for your best party, gathering, work lunch, whatever. Thanks so much Warren and team!

Some of the best mouth watering BBQ Ive eaten!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND 10 outta 10 for sure!!! We choose Stick Burning BBQ for Roanoke Island Fire Department dinner last night and received so many great reviews the men & woman of the department bragged and loved it most even took to go boxes for their significant others at home! definitely will be back!! if you haven’t had Warrens famous BBQ do yourself a favor and get to it you wont be disappointed !! Thanks again it was wonderful!
